Visit the official website of Delhi Metro at http://www.dmrcsmartcard.com/
On the top of the page, Click on Quick TopUp as shown below:
You’ll get the screen like this:
Now, enter your Engraved ID of your smart card (Given on Back Side of Smart Card), amount and email id. Click on Next button.
Note: Smart Card EngravedID that you want to recharge should be correct. DMRC will not be liable if you enter incorrect EngravedID.
Under, payment option, you’ll 4 ways to choose your payment gateway – Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking and Prepaid card. Choose your desired option and make payment.
After completion of Online Payment, Visit Add Value Machine (AVM) installed at selected Metro Stations (Near EFO/Customer Care). Show your Smart Card on AVM, Press Add Value button on Screen of AVM to complete the recharge process. If you do not go to AVM for 60 days, the add value amount will be credited to your account after deducting 2.5% surcharge amount.
Choose “Add Value” and place your travel card on the card rack. You’ll get the confirmation message on the screen.
