1.PEERLESS Mutual Fund files offer document for Fixed Maturity Plan – Series 6-10

PEERLESS Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch a close ended Debt Scheme named as “PEERLESS Fixed Maturity Plan – Series 6-10”. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry and exit load charges will be nil for the scheme. The scheme offers growth and dividend option and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.
The scheme will be benchmarked against For Schemes having maturity of 91 days (including date of allotment): CRISIL Liquid Fund Index, For Schemes having maturity of 91 days – 1 year (including date of allotment): CRISIL Short Term Debt Index, For Schemes having 1 year – 3 years (including date of allotment): CRISIL Short Term Debt Index, For Schemes having maturity above 3 years (including date of allotment): CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 1000 and in multiples of Re.1 thereafter.

2.LIC Nomura MF introduces Fixed Maturity Plan Series 72

LIC Nomura Mutual Fund has launched the New Fund Offer (NFO) of LIC Nomura Fixed Maturity Plan Series 72(545 Days), a Close Ended Income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on Dec 6, 2013, and closes onDec 11, 2013. No entry load or exit load will be applicable for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 10,000 thereafter multiples of Rs 10 during NFO. The investment objective of the scheme is to minimize interest rate risk by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities which mature on or before the maturity of the scheme.

3.Reliance MF introduces Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund IV – Plan E

Reliance Mutual Fund has launched the New Fund Offer (NFO) of Reliance Dual Advantage Fixed Tenure Fund IV – Plan E, a Close Ended Income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on Dec 6, 2013, and closes on Dec 20, 2013. No entry load or exit load will be applicable for the scheme. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000 per option and in multiples of Re. 1. The scheme’s performance will be benchmarked against Crisil MIP Blended Fund Index and its fund managers are Samir Rachh and Anju Chajje.

4.TATA Mutual Fund files offer document for Dual Advantage Fund

TATA Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch a Close Ended Income Fund named as “TATA Dual Advantage Fund”. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry and exit load charges will be nil for the scheme. The scheme offers growth and dividend option and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore. The scheme will be benchmarked against CRISIL MIP Blended Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
