1.Axis MF declares dividend under Fixed Term Plan-Series 39 (31 days)

Axis Mutual Fund (MF) has declared dividend under the direct plan-dividend option and dividend option of Axis Fixed Term Plan-Series 39 (31 days) under Axis Fixed Term Plan-Series 37-41, a close-ended debt scheme. The record date for dividend is October 17, 2013.
The quantum of dividend will be entire distributable surplus on the record date on the face value of Rs 10 per unit. The investment objective of the Scheme is to generate returns through a portfolio of debt & money market instruments that are maturing on or before the maturity of the respective plan(s).

2.UTI Fixed Income Interval Fund- Monthly Interval I declares dividend

UTI Mutual Fund has announced dividend under the dividend option of UTI M Interval Fund Sr 1 Inst-D, UTI M Interval Fund Sr 1 Ret Direct-D and UTI M Interval Fund Sr 1 Ret-D.
The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as on the record date. The record date has been fixed as October 21, 2013.

Tata Mutual Fund has announced the following changes with effect from 16 October 2013.
