1.Axis Small Cap Fund files offer document with Sebi

Axis Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Axis Small Cap Fund, a 5 year close-ended equity scheme (with automatic conversion into an open ended equity scheme on completion of 5 years). The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit.
Investment objective: To generate long-term capital appreciation from a diversified portfolio of predominantly equity & equity related instruments of small cap companies.
Plans: Regular and Direct plans
Options: Growth and dividend (payout and re-investment (available post maturity/ conversion date only)) options.

2.Quantum Dynamic Bond Fund files offer document with Sebi

Quantum Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Quantum Dynamic Bond Fund, an open-ended debt scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit.
Investment objective: The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income and capital appreciation through active management of a portfolio consisting of short term and long term debt and money market instruments.
Options: Growth option, monthly dividend payout option and monthly dividend re-investment option.
Benchmark: CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index.
Minimum Application Amount: Rs.500 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
Minimum Target Amount: Rs 1 crore
Asset Allocation: The scheme shall invest 25%-100% in government bond/bills, up to 50% in PSU bonds, upto 75% in Certificate of Deposits/ Commercial Paper / Short Term Debt Instruments and up to 100% in CBLO/Repos.

3.DWS Hybrid Fixed Term Fund Series 16 To 20 Files Offer Document With Sebi

Deutsche Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch DWS Hybrid Fixed Term Fund Series 16 to 20, 1 – 5 years close ended debt fund. The NFO price will be Rs 10 per unit.
Investment Objective: The objective of the fund is to generate income by investing in fixed income securities maturing on or before the date of the maturity of the Scheme and to generate capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related instruments.
Options: Dividend (Payout) and Growth.
Minimum Application Amount: Minimum application amount will be Rs 5,000 (Five Thousand) per application and in multiples of Rs.1 thereafter.
