1.Religare Mutual Fund announces dividend under three schemes

Religare Mutual Fund has announced 08 April 2013 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XII-Plan B (14 Months), Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XIII-Plan C (13 Months) and Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XIII-Plan F (385 Days), close ended debt scheme. The amount of dividend (per unit) will be entire distributable surplus as on the record date under each scheme.
Further, 08 April 2013 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of determining eligible unit holders holding units of the schemes who would be entitled to the maturity/redemption proceeds on the maturity/final redemption date of the schemes, which is 08 April 2013.

2.UTI Fixed Income Interval Series II-Quarterly Interval Plan VII: Dividend Declaration

UTI Mutual Fund has announced the dividend under the dividend option of UTI Fixed Income Interval Series II-Quarterly Interval Plan VII. The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as on the record date.
The record date has been fixed as April 8, 2013.

3.DWS Fixed Maturity Plan Series 8 announces dividend

Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced 08 April 2013 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend option of DWS Fixed Maturity Plan Series 8. The gross dividend rate will be 100% of distributable surplus on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.
The scheme will mature on 08 April 2013. Accordingly, the trading of these units which are listed on the NSE will be automatically suspended with effect from 05 April 2013.

4.Motilal Oswal MOSt Shares CNX 100 Equal Weight ETF (MOSt Shares C100) Files Offer Document with Sebi

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund files offer document with Sebi to launch Motilal Oswal MOSt Shares CNX 100 Equal Weight ETF (MOSt Shares C100), an open ended income scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit.
Investment Objective: The Scheme seeks investment return that corresponds (before fees and expenses) to the performance of CNX 100 Equal Weighted Index (Underlying Index), subject to tracking error.
Plans/Options offered: Growth Option.
Benchmark: CNX 100 Equal Weighted Index
Load Strucutre: No entry load.
Exit Load: Nil
Minimum Application Amount: Rs 10,000 and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.
Minimum Target Amount: Rs 10 crore
Asset Allocation: The scheme will invest 95%-100% in Securities constituting CNX 100 Equal with medium to high risk profile and would allocate upto 5% in debt and money market instruments and cash at call with low to medium risk profile.
