NEW FUND OFFER

1.Religare Fixed Maturity Plan – Series XVIII – Plan B Floats On.NFO period is from 18 March to 19 March 2013

Religare Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Religare Fixed Maturity Plan – Series XVIII – Plan B (386 Days), a close ended debt scheme. The tenure of the scheme is 386 days from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription on 18 March and closes on 19 March 2013.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme.

The scheme offers growth & dividend payout option.

The scheme shall invest its entire corpus in debt instruments and money market instruments with low risk profile.

The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter. The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription (minimum target) amount of Rs 20 crore under the scheme during the NFO period.

Entry and exit load charge for the scheme will be nil. The scheme will be listed on the NSE.

Benchmark Index for the scheme will be CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.

2.Taurus MF Launches 377 Days Fixed Maturity Plan. NFO Period from 18 March to 21 March 2013

Taurus Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Taurus Fixed Maturity Plan -Series Z (377 Days), a close ended debt scheme with the duration of 377 days from the date of allotment of units. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 18 March and close on 21 March 2013.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income with minimum volatility through investments in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.

The scheme offers growth & dividend option.



The scheme would allocate 100% of assets in debt and money market instruments with low to medium risk profile. The scheme will not invest in securitized debt.

25% to 30% of assets would be invested in AAA rated certificate of deposits and 70% to 75% of assets would be invested in AA rated commercial papers.

3.Baroda Pioneer Fixed Maturity Plan – Series B Floats On. NFO period is from 18 March to 19 March 2013

Baroda Pioneer Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named as Baroda Pioneer Fixed Maturity Plan – Series B, a close ended debt scheme with duration of 378 days from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 18 March and closes on 19 March 2013.
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate regular returns by investing in a portfolio comprising of Debt Instruments and Money Market Instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.
The scheme offers growth & dividend payout option.
The scheme would allocate up to 100% of assets in domestic debt instruments & money market instruments with low to medium risk profile. The scheme will not invest in securitized debt.

4.Canara Robeco Mutual Fund announces dividend under various schemes

Canara Robeco Mutual Fund has announced 22 March 2013 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the following schemes. The amount of dividend (Rs per unit) under each plan/option on the face value of Rs 10 per unit will be:
Canara Robeco Income Fund-Regular Plan-Dividend option and Direct Plan-Dividend option: 0.25
Canara Robeco Monthly Income Plan-Regular Plan-Quarterly Dividend option and Direct Plan-Quarterly Dividend option: 0.30
Canara Robeco InDiGo Fund- Regular Plan-Quarterly Dividend option and Direct Plan-Quarterly Dividend option: 0.45

5.Tata Income Fund announces bonus units

Tata Mutual Fund has announced 22 March 2013 as the record date for declaration of bonus units in Plan A-Bonus Option and Direct Plan-Bonus Option of Tata Income Fund. The bonus ration will be 7 bonus units for every 11 units held under each plan.
