1.DWS Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 25 extends NFO period. NFO period extended till 04 March 2013

Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced extension of New Fund Offer (NFO) period of DWS Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 25, 400 days close ended debt fund. Accordingly, the NFO period has been extended from 26 February 2013 to 04 March 2013.

2.Tata Fixed Maturity Plan Series 43 files offer document with Sebi

Tata Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Tata Fixed Maturity Plan Series, a close-ended debt fund. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. It comprises of 5 schemes namely Scheme A, Scheme B, Scheme C, Scheme D, Scheme E (maturity between 01 to 60 months from the date of allotment of units under each scheme ). 



Investment objective: The investment objective of each scheme is to generate income and / or capital appreciation by investing in wide range of Fixed Income Instruments having maturity in line with the maturity of the respective schemes. The maturity of all investments shall be equal to or less than the maturity of respective schemes. 
Options: Growth and dividend option (payout) under Plan A and direct plan each.

3.Religare Fixed Maturity Plan – Series XIX – Plan A to F files offer document with Sebi

Religare Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Religare Fixed Maturity Plan – Series XIX – Plan A to F, a close-ended debt scheme. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. The scheme offers plans of tenure from 1 month to 60 months from the date of allotment of the respective Plan(s) (including the date of allotment). 

Investment objective: To generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme. 
Options: Religare Fixed Maturity Plan – Series XIX offers six plans viz. Plan A, B, C, D, E & F. Each of these Fixed Maturity Plans offers a separate plan for investments directly with the Fund (i.e. application not routed through Distributor). Thus under each Fixed Maturity Plan, there would be two plans as Growth and dividend payout.
