1.DSP BlackRock FMP – 12M – Series 26 Announces Dividend.


DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced 1 August 2012 as the record date for declaration of dividend in the dividend payout option of DSP BlackRock FMP – 12M – Series 26, a close ended income scheme. The quantum of dividend will be up to 100% of distributable surplus as on record date on the face value of Rs. 10 per unit. The scheme will mature on 1 August 2012. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs. 10.8992 per unit as on 26 July 2012.





2.UTI MF To Revise Load Structure of UTI Short Term Income Fund.


UTI Mutual Fund has decided to revise the exit load structure of UTI Short Term Income Fund – Regular and Institutional Plan. The changes will be effective from 1 August 2012. Accordingly, if exited on or before 180 days, the exit load charge will be 0.75%.




3.DWS Short Maturity Fund – Premium Plus Plan Announces Change In Minimum Investment Amount.


Deutsche Mutual Fund has announced change in minimum investment amount of DWS Short Maturity Fund-Premium Plus Plan, an open ended debt scheme, with effect from 30 July 2012. Accordingly, the proposed minimum investment amount will be Rs. 10 crore and in multiple of Re 1 thereafter.




4.SEBI permits online subscription of bonds.


Market regulator SEBI today allowed online subscription of bonds, a move that will reduce timeline for completion of the process. 'in order to facilitate a system for making online applications for public issue of debt securities and to reduce the timelines of the issue process for public issue of debt securities, it has been decided to extend ASBA facility to public issues of debt securities,' SEBI said in a notification.
