Taurus Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Taurus Fixed Maturity Plan Series N to R, a close ended debt scheme. The tenure of schemes would be 90 days to 400 days from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. It is proposed to list the scheme(s) on National Stock Exchange or any other Stock Exchange(s) in India. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income with minimum volatility through investments in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme.

Edelweiss Mutual Fund has announced change in exit load of Edelweiss Gilt Fund, an open ended gilt fund and Edelweiss Monthly Income Plan, an open ended income scheme with effect from 11 November 2011. Accordingly, the existing and revised exit loads are: 

Edelweiss Gilt Fund: Existing Exit Load: If the Units are redeemed/switched-out on or before 90 days from the date of allotment: 0.50%. If the Units are redeemed/switched-out after 90 days from the date of allotment: Nil. Revised Exit Load: Nil. 

Edelweiss Monthly Income Plan: Existing Exit Load: If the Units are redeemed/switched-out on or before 365 days from the date of allotment: 0.50%. If the Units are redeemed/switched-out after 365 days from the date of allotment: Nil. Revised Exit Load: Nil.

Sundaram Mutual Fund has launched the New Fund Offer (NFO) Sundaram Fixed Term Plan – BP, a close ended income scheme. The NFO opens for subscription on November 8, 2011 and closes on November 22, 2011. No entry and exit load charges is applicable for the scheme. 3.SBI MF extends NFO period of SBI Debt Fund Sr367 Days-10.

SBI Mutual Fund has extended the closing date of New Fund Offer (NFO) period of SBI Debt Fund Series – 367 Days – 10, a close ended debt scheme from 11 November to 18 November 2011. All the other terms and conditions of the scheme will remain unchanged. The investment objective of the scheme is to provide regular income, liquidity and returns to the investors through investments in a portfolio comprising of debt instruments such as Government Securities, PSU & Corporate Bonds and Money Market Instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the scheme.
