Wages constitutes Basic pay & DA (dearness allowance).DA depends on price index & move upward/downward mostly upward as the prices are continuously on rise.All benefits/allowances are fixed on basic pay.Presuming that the DA of a particular level which is known as cut off date should be merged in the basic pay so that higher is the basic higher is the benefits is availed.After merger the DA will again kept on moving as per the prevailing conditions.
    Pension Fund Regulatory & Development Authority bill 2011 whcih provides private sector & foreign investment in the pension sector which is being opposed by the workman union as well Trinmool Congress of Mamta Banerjee.of UPA as well NDA. being the opposition Party.
