2. The broker will deliver the correct number of shares to the buyer or the clearing house. If you do not deliver the correct number of shares to your broker, they will buy shares too make up the difference on the open market and deliver those and charge your account.

4. the next day it goes to auction market, wherein short sell shares are auctioned and the broker automatically buys in auction market. the price of shares in auction market generallly more than normal market. depending on the price u will be debited/credited the amount
