  1. Obviously the customer hours would be 9-5. But you might need to stay a few extra hours to complete tasks or paperwork, so maybe until 7.

  2. Openeing hours for all banks are 10 am to 2 pm on weekdays.Till noon on Saturday. All banks are closed on sundays and public holidays.

  3. This can differ from bank to bank and location to location. My BPI branch is only open from 10-3 Monday through Friday, but China Bank around the corner is open until 4:00 PM.

The Post Offices I have visited are usually open from 9-5, week-days, excluding public holidays of course.

  4. While employees are already around by 8:00am, the bank usually will open at 9:00am until 3:00pm. If you are a big depositor, you can ask them an extended time. the Post Office which I believe is a govt agency, should follow the regular time of 8:00am-5:00pm.

  5. Normal banking hours in the financial district and other areas excepting malls is between 9:AM and 3PM. However there are banks located and operating in Malls that have special license to operate until 6PM. Banco de Oro in SM Malls for one, operates even on weekends.

Post Office hours 9AM to 5PM.

  6. the post office is open from 8 am to 5 pm but better be there before 5 because those at the post are mostly old ones and get to cranky. terrible!

and the banks are open from 9am to 3 pm only. you can no longer get in the bank once the clock turned three.
