we puchased land 230 yards from combined brothers property, in that 180 yads only registered in our name. balance 50 yards we neglected to reg. since 20 years back. In that we constucted a house also, Now how can we reg. the same without seller.

  1. This is not a do-it-yourself project. See a REAL ESTATE attorney. Spending a few hundred dollars now could save your thousands later.



  2. no way.. it take a seller and buyer to regsiter any property in courts. u cannot register a land/house in your name without a sellors consent/. better go and search for the prople who sold u the land origionalyy and request them to do the needful.


  3. bit complicated situation. Do you have a valid Agreement for sale that exist prior to registration. Do you have authenticate payment proof for having paid full sum agreed as per agreement . Do you have Government approved market value. Do you have all mother document with you for the total property under agreement. Had you paid house tax, are you in unencumbered possession and enjoyment of the total property without dispute (like police case, FIR etc.,) since 20 years Did you establish the physical possession and got Patta. If the deal established is genuine, there are possibilities of getting the property enjoyed to your name. Contact a best legal advisor.
