I defaulted on a credit card in late 2001 early 2002. I have moved and need to open a new bank account and the only bank is one that the defaulted credit card is from. Can the bank still take my money to get their lost money from my defaulted credit card if I open an account with them?

I have taken home loan from one bank and now i want to foreclose that loan and transfer the balance to an other bank but previous bank say that he has misplaced my conveyance deed against which he given me the said loan.
1- Then what can I do with that bank.
2- How can I retrieve my conveyance deed as original.

Rs. 12000/- compulsory for 3 years and after that it is only optional. So I paid my last premium in 2010 April. But now they are asking me to pay premium again. What should I do? Is it a cheating company?
Do we need to tell the bank that how much we are selling the house? Since the Bank will have the original document, will the people from bank will ask about the selling price also or it is just pay the remaining loan amount and close.
