I want to buy an ATM space & lease it out to bank & get monthly rent from it. Is it good to invest in that kind of property? Or if there is any problem then please explain its pros & cons. Please help me.
The kiranawallas and the roadside vegetable and eatable vendors do not pay taxes which is a big revenue leakage for the govt. The big retail chains will give employment, pay taxes to the govt. and also make the shopping a pleasant experience. Why the political parties are supporting these tax evading kiranawallas? Whether the common people should support such political parties?
How good it would be to buy a residential property in Ahmedabad in term of investment?
If a persons sells his property in INDIA then are there any taxes applicable to that? If yes then how it can be exempted? How the money should be used or invested in order to avoid / minimise Income tax ?
I will not be taking loan to buy these properties.
Benificiaries receive money as well as immovable properties. Do they have to pay any income tax, gift tax or any other taxes?

I get 2 advantages in this regard 1) i can invest when market is low 2) SIP is a mothly commitment but I may not have fix income per month so I may not be able to invest in mutual funds in some months due to lack of extra money.
So is this a right policy , does manual investment and SIP differ in any other regards so as to affect returns ?
