we puchased land 230 yards from combined brothers property, in that 180 yads only registered in our name. balance 50 yards we neglected to reg. since 20 years back. In that we constucted a house also, Now how can we reg. the same without seller.
My father had a plot in a city. We lost the original property documents. How to get the original documents for selling of that plot. Everyone is asking original documents. I an not falling under service tax turn onver limit. My client has diducted srvice tax amount from my bill amount. Can he do so? He has asked for quotation inclusive of all taxes. As service tax not applicable to my firm, I have billed with 0.00 service tax.
