if bankers take over the property to recover their dues and list of movables prepared by them is not as near as law says besides no witness and moreover some very important listed items have gone missing , whom to approach TO AVOID COSTLIEST& TIME CONSUMING litigations.
So legally my mother-in-law and her brother owns the property. Now, if my mother-in-law does not give the property rights to her brother and dies before that, then the property will be transferred to my husband. My question is, will I or my daughter have any right in the same? Can my mother-in-law’s brother pass it on or sell it without our consent? To sell it off, who’s signature is required?

I have purchased a flat from a builder in PCMC Pune. Full payment has been made however the occupation certificate is yet to be issued by PCMC. From which date I will be liable to make the payment of property tax to PCMC. The date of registration of agreement /date of issue of occupation certificate/ or date of formation of society.
I own a flat in apartment of 30 flats of which 10 are sold.I got to know last week that bank gave a notice to builder for payment of remaining amount of the loan he had taken.
