Now it as been registered to my father name.And now we are planning to sell that land and purchase some other property for our income.So i need clarification like, how can we save tax.And after sales when we keep amount in bank.Do the Income tax department ask us to pay tax immediately ? Or wat will be the situation. How we have to move.
I am from Andhra Pradesh ,My grand father purchased a land(agriculture land) and a independent house in 1975 on his name,he did not made any ‘wil’l ,he died in 1982,his wife died in 1995 , he had one son and two daughters .
1)son (died)—one daughter,wife
2)elder daughter have—one grand son——marriage(1970s)
3)younger daughter(died) —- one son,two daughters,husband —marriage(1978)
1)How the property distributed among them?
2)is younger daughter(died) children can claim their share?
Anyone has brought a plot in Prashanthi Grand Villa property on Anekal Road, Bangalore. How is the developer? Is this property a good buy? Are the papers correct? What is the rate prevailing in this area?
