Rs72000 to pay to the government for not paying registration tax?
My father bought a ford icon in 1998 from Maharashtra to Karnataka. He didn’t pay the registration tax to the government and now it has climbed up to Rs72000. He also filed a case in the court and lost it. He passed away 2 months back and now is it us, his children’s responsibility to pay this tax?? Can we avoid it in any way?? Awaiting immediate responses.
Thank you very much
