i am a salaried and recently i have opted to go for MBA to enhance my capabilities to help my career. The course is distance learning and i have paid Rs.25000/- as fees. Kindly let me know can i get any exemption in income tax on the fees paid for my own higher education.
A wealth Management Company charged fees much more than the STCG (I have no LTCG from the same portfolio). Can it be adjusted against STCG and my income for tax purposes? If so, wherein ITR2, do I enter the figures?

If the Nil Service Tax return is to be filed w.e.f. 2004 & the assesse is a Road Transporter
1)sales turnover is 39,00,000/- & i have received professional fees of rs.3,00,000/- should i cover under the income tax audit.
2)if professional fees received from the business sources which is resemble to my business then it cover under turnover.
3) If profession fees received totally different nature of the business sources other than my regular business.
i have joined this course at noida campus last year,tution fees is about 1.05 lacs pa, under which section i will get income tax rebate. this course is a partime evening class offered by IIML noida campus
In the recent economic crisis, a huge number of Unit Linked Insurance policy holders suffered heavy losses. Insurance companies deduct 2.25% on a regular basis as fund management charges. Had “fund managers” switch the money from equity to debt fund on time, ULIP holders would not have suffered such heavy losses. Is there any justification in insurance companies charging fund management fee when they cannot do the job properly?
