Is 50% of monthly rent fine?
The flat is owned by X ,the end user will be Y but there will be a bloody property BROKER who will take one month brokerage.
I am in need of one aparmment in noida.I dont know why should i pay brokerage?

How much can we negotiate? How can tens of thousands of Rupees be justified for just getting the buyer/lessor and landlord to meet? Is there a difference in brokerage on commercial and residential property? What if a residential property is hired for commercial purposes?

I am paid Mutual Fund brokerage to my sub brokers, now i am not conform about deduction of Service tax or TDS. Which is deductable in this both. If onle Service tax or TDS deducted when can I see this Income tax rules give me this rules.
Earlier, in India, we used to give 2.25% entry load for investing in mutual funds, which was stopped by SEBI for investors going directly to fund house . Why can’t shares also be puchased like this from companies without paying any brokerage to any broker ? Why is it possible only in IPO and not always ?
Has any possibility of rupee regain its value ???
