I have taken home loan from one bank and now i want to foreclose that loan and transfer the balance to an other bank but previous bank say that he has misplaced my conveyance deed against which he given me the said loan.
1- Then what can I do with that bank.
2- How can I retrieve my conveyance deed as original.
This happened in India So Pls. reply according the Law of India.
I have taken a life insurance policy in “BHARATHI AXA ” and paid Rs 25000/- as a single premium payment scheme to the bharathi axa agent . when the document was approved by the head office and the copy of the document was sent to me , i noticed that my sign was forged and the single premium mode was changed to three premium scheme .I feel this act as really immoral and crafty , that too forging my signature has made me infuriated .My sign was forged three times.
so please kindly guide me as i’m new to this scenario !
*should the action be taken against the “AGENT” or “BHARATHI AXA “?
*so what action will i be able to take legally ?
* will this come under DEFAMATION or FORGERY?
*should i cancel this scheme or sue them ?

i have taken sbi life smart performer policy with single premium of Rs.60000. its first year surrender value is Rs.58000. please give me some idea…..can i eligible to get loan with this policy. if yes where?
