  1. I hope so, when I call the customer service number on the back of my card it always goes to India. Maybe when they call the number on the back of there cards they get customer service here. Hmmm?

  2. you don’t want to use debit cards online because it’s linked to your checking account and it raises your risk for exposture to fraud. It’s more difficult to get cash money back into your account than it is to dispute a fradulent credit card transaction.

  3. kotak mahindra bank gives you prepaid debit card of the value of 1000 or more[not sure? ] against cash without having an account with them, which can be used anywhere. the risk involved is less as the amount of the card is prepaid and less. chk out the site…

  4. YES
THE HDFC BANK PROVIDES IT. THEY PROVIDE YOU AN ACCOUNT WHICH SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM BALANCE AS Rs 2000 AND THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A INTERNATIONAL DEBIT WHICH CAN ALSO BE USED AS AN ATM CARD.

  5. Yes. HDFC bank has this facility subject to some restrictions and
total amount of purchase per day and total outflow of INR equivalent in FEX.
