Is it possible to have Joint Registation of Land in Bangalore?



My cousin has brought a land and registered to his name in which I had given half of the share of the property. Now can we Jointly hold that land or register it? Its 30*50 site in bangalore.
Can we have Joint registation of Land of 30*50 and are there any legal complications in future?

  1. Yes. You can have joint registration of any property.
    If it is already registered in single name, to convert it to joint registration, you need pay fresh registration charges.
