  1. If you engage the services of a broker then you have to pay brokerage.

If you do not engage the services of a broker then you don’t have to pay any brokerage.

Go directly to the flat owner and make a deal. Do not approach a broker.

  2. There are many property renting websites, which you could try.

But unfortunately they are infested with brokers postings! Thus beating their very purpose of bringing flat owners and people in direct contact (without brokers).

You can try Ad Mag; directly go the a ‘society’/flat-complex and ask the security guard about renting etc.

  3. Actual this happend due to owner of house/flat do not find out the tenent broker job is to find out tenent for that they open office and they charge for their service no you can’t take any action. beter you find yourself flat/house you no need to pay brokerage but finding house/flat your self is very tuff without broker
