what is the ratio.that is the land owner invests in land only and builder constructs apartments and sell them.how is the proceeds will be shared.and in what ratio.

  1. In development of a property, it involves Land Cost, land developing cost, Construction cost, and cost for statutory fees etc. Mostly Land owner only brings land and all other costs are to be borne by the developer.

    Based on the land value & remaining value the proportion is decided and mutually agreed upon before development.

    In general, remaining costs are almost same in a city, but land cost varies from location to location. So the ratio varies from location to location.
