  1. According to the general tax definition, you only pay tax on incomes of any type(selling a property constitutes an income which results in capital gains tax) . Here you’re paying for a service, and like how you’d pay a plumber to fix your taps, the tax burden is on him/her . So unless the tax system in India is totally opposite to that, I don’t see how you’d pay any tax, apart from maybe being taxed on foreign currency exchange ( goDaddy only accepts dollar payments I think) .
