I want to develop me as an body builder.So shall i workout in gym or physical exercise?



I want to maintain my body as like a body builder.So by doing ground exercise it is good or going to gym is good?

Hi if you want to become a bodybuilder you need to start with an allround training snce you are young, you should not put on to much weight while doing workout, hovever the best is to talk to some one at a local gym to be able to learn how to train and eat the right way. What you are eating is as important as the training. If you dont want to go to a gym, running cycling, sit ups push ups gives you a start on thr right muscles, swimming is good for your back. What is very important is to do things regalary, meaning 2-5 times a week depending on your age and how fast you want to build up your body. Still be carefull with weights its very important to lift weights the right way to not damage them in the long run. Eat healthy food like vegetables, read meet, protein rich food, milk.
