I have a New Family Gain policy of Bajaj Allianz started in 2008 Apr. They told me I need pay premium of?

Rs. 12000/- compulsory for 3 years and after that it is only optional. So I paid my last premium in 2010 April. But now they are asking me to pay premium again. What should I do? Is it a cheating company?

  1. Please see the rules and regulation of the policies, given to you during first premium paid. The rules cannot be changed now.

  2. You can be sure that Bajaj Allianz is not a cheating company. You need to contact them directly with your question to be sure that you understand the terms of the contract. It could be that you have received a notice of a premium payment that is optional and not mandatory. As we don’t have access to the details we really can’t answer your question with any certainty on Yahoo Answers.

Call Bajaj Allianz customer service. Here is a link to their contact page: http://www.bajajallianz.com/Corp/aboutus/contact-us.jsp
