I am in Real Estate, I kept 2 persons for sales (Arrange properties and show to the client) but they chit me? And I don’t have any office I am operating from Home. How I can Stop this or how i will get good person? I given Add in Paper for Person. How I can Handel them? Please tell me?

  1. It is difficult when you are starting out in business. You may find you are better with one person of a better ability and pay him more than employ two. I suspect you are paying them on commission and if this is the case they won’t value the job.


  2. What capacity are you working in real estate? Not sure about Indian law but in North America, you can’t have a brokerage out of your home and you don’t sound like an actual broker whatsoever (if India has licensing laws like in North America). If you don’t have a brokerage or aren’t licensed (and it is required by Indian law), then what you are doing is ILLEGAL and you can’t be cheated out of a commission as you are not entitled to one.



  3. Lol……you have to do it on your own and you should not rely on them if you don’t have the capacity to control them.


  4. In California, sales agents work for the Broker and all sales go through the Broker, so the agents do not have any opportunity to ‘cheat’ the Broker. Brokers own the transactions and direct all compensation.

    Also, transactions in California go through an escrow company that controls all of the distributions of money.
