How to transfer or gift ownership rights of a plot of land with or without monitory consideration?



In Dehradun(India) I have my house built in 1994 on about half of the plot of land purchased in 1984
I want to transfer this vacant plot of land in the name of my two sons in law, equally. In the state of Uttarakhand in India, what is the legal procedure with least botheration and at minimum costs?

  1. for nifty future you have to pay a margin of 12% of the value of the contract and for stock futures 20 %.as per your examples you have to pay a margin of rs 10125


  2. no. you dont have to pay the entire amount. you can get margin from your broker. the exact margin amount varies from broker to broker. but generally it is around 10-15%
