  1. If you are getting that salary, and housing is included you have an amazing offer.

    I would take it.

Mind you dubai is getting more expensive every day, but you can easily surivive on about 10,000 durahm a month (if housing is provided, and kids education is taken care of)

double check and make SURE That your contract covers housing provided, and kids education provided.

if they do then it is an amazing offer. If they don’t then you will be paying out of pocket for housing and for the kids education. That would drop your takehome salary considerably (especially housing payments)

  2. I agree, although usually with this salary though, accommodation, kids education, car allowance, and medical are all in the offer price which is the 32,000. So, out of that you will be paying your accommodation and kids schooling. I maybe wrong, but just look over the contract carefully. Either way though, this is a good salary and you can live well.

  3. I think it is going to be very difficult for a Indians to work in a environment that Dubai is providing .it is too low because the indian companies ,now also providing good perks to there employee,if they have guts to serve their employer well.

  4. Dh 32000 pm is a good offer, also I would like to add that Rs 250,000 pm is also very good offer.
When you convert Rs 250,000 to Dirhams @ 11 which would be Dh 22,727 pm,but the purchasing power parity (PPP) of Dh & Rs is quite big different ; which could be estimated to Dh 38,000 pm so I suggest Rs 250,000 pm is better than Dh 32,000 pm

  5. Remember that in India, your Rs 30 Lakhs will be taxable, so in effect you will land up with 30% or so less.
So you will take a lot less home. Good Accomodation and good schools in Dubai are expensive, so is transportation, parking charges etc. This would eat up a lot of the AED 32 K.
