  1. basically it depends on the economic growth of the other leading nation on which forex trade is very common in our country . eg:
    if dollar goes down supposingly in US then proportionally it the value for buying increases and it uses higher rates .
    depends on the economy of every country and its growth with respect to its demand and further supply .


  2. The currency depreciation or appreciation of any country purely depends on the exchange rate. The value of US dollar is the major factor behind the fluctuation in currencies of other countries. Forces of demand and supply of currency in circulation makes the value of rupee to fluctuate.
