  1. u can trust by taking loan if they take ur money then should face the loss becuase u took loan from them.for ur kind information uti bank has changed into axis bank.

  2. Are baba, do not get disheartened,it may be a mistake of the Bank. the Bank should be feeling sorry for the incidince, This is one of the Good Bank . Its future is Bright. It is learning for the good cause. It is an experience for the both, Even if the Bank does not recoup ur loss, it must have learnt the lesson. Little care, of counting the notes would have serve the purpose in stead of providing the proof,

  3. Yes, it is shameful on the part of the UTI bank. Now-a-days, most people in India are highly absent-minded and careless about duty. It creates very difficult situations. You may complain. But it may give you good deal of mental tension.

It is sad that such a thing happened.

  4. A classic example of one of your earlier queries
on duties and rights. The UTI bank cashier has probably and inadvertently made a packet of only 98 pieces instead of 100(I Choose to give the benefit of doubt to the bank’s employee).I
am sure the bank will reimburse you for the shortfall. But I do agree the whole issue leaves a bad taste in the mouth. At the same time I am equally certain that you will be gentlemanly enough to admit that a portion of the fault also lies with you.All banks display a notice at the cash counter enjoining patrons to
count the cash before leaving the bank’s
premises. You may,in your hurry, have not done so.Moreover, unlike in the past, banks have strict instructions not to staple the notes.
It is still not too late.Communicate with the bank
to ascertain their stand whereafter you can pass judgment.
