How can i take my money back from vodafone postpaid connection as they were unable to provide me new connction?



I am using vodafone prepaid connction and applied for post paid connection( Rs. 249 rental plan) and vodafone people said that they were unable to do the verification process so my application has been declined and they took rs. 250 as security deposit and said that it will be refundable after 3 months.Now i dont have the connection and my money also gone for a toss however i have their new sim card of postpaid connection.What to do now?

  1. You can apply for obtaining duplicate copy of the the agreement from sub-registrar office by furnishing an affidavit & a notification in news paper.Take assisitance from a local adocate to complete the required formalities.
    You can sell the flat on the basis of original share certificate & an affidait duly notorised that you have lost original agreement & the society will transfer it in the name of buyer by furnishing a photocaopy of the agreement which they will verify from their as well as sub-registrar office records.



  2. Send them a notice by registered post & they refund you your money. Else go to consumer courts/telecom lok adalats/telecom ombudsman in your district.
