  1. If it is an allotted site by BDA and they will not include any person other than the allotted in the sale deed. Only the applicants in the application for allotment of site on whose name valid allotment letter will be issued and sale deed be executed.

    If you want to involve them, you can write a settlement deed in their favour for certain proportional rights later on.
