  1. Hi there,

It’s not difficult. If you want to do this on your own, you can just walk into the office of the AMC with your original PAN card and a photostat copy of your PAN Card. Write down your folio number and fund names on the PAN card photostat, put your signature on it and hand it over to the official present there. Please do keep your original PAN card with you. Otherwise your visit will go to waste.
You have to submit one photostat for one AMC. But include all the folio numbers and the fund names. Take a receipt from them.
It’s not a big deal. I also did it on my own. It will take you two minutes. You can locate the nearest office of the AMC from their website.

For AMCs which are linked to CAMS, you can submit the PAN card details at a CAMS centre. In that case you will not have to go to the individual AMCs. But you will still have to submit one photostat each for each AMC. You can check CAMS website for the AMCs which are linked to it.

    All the best.
