  1. You will have to pay the Fund Administration charges. Moreover, if the mutual fund provides you insurance, the insurance charges also have to be paid by you. They take these charges once in a year.by cancelling the no of units hold by you equivalent to the charges.

Some other mutual funds deduct say, 5% to 20 % as charges from your yearly payment and the balance only they will deposit in mutual funds. In that case no other yearly charges by cancellation of your units takes place.

  2. Some funds sold through brokers charge a “load” which is given to the broker as a commission. This can be 3% to 8.5%. Some charge a “back end load” which is a penalty for redeeming quickly. This can be as high as 5% if you don’t stay in for 5 years. You don’t have to worry about these if you buy direct from the fund, like Vanguard.

All funds will charge 0.5% to 3% of your assets every year to cover the costs of running their fund and paying the manager.

  3. Dear,
There is no entry charge but if you redeem your any equity fund then there is no exit charge.
before one year if exit then there is charges .
