    You may use ATMs worldwide that belong to the same systems (the logos on the back of your card). Many banks do charge a fee for non clients to use their ATMs. The fee is usually $3 to $5.


  2. Yes you can withdraw money from mostly any ATM and the fees vary on the ATM. It should tell you how much it will charge you before you take the money out. Varies from $2-$5 normally.

    The amount of the fee varies, but at least in the US the ATM tells you what the fee will be and then offers you the choice of proceeding with the transaction or cancelling it.
