     IN CONTINEUATION OF MY PREVIOUS QUESTION, I WRITE TO REPORT THE  NSE  HAS REPPLIED TO MY REQUEST AS,   ' THE REGESTRAR HAS SENT ME A LETTER, DIRECTENG ME TO CONTACT THE   SYNDICATE MEMBER / THE BROKER TO GET THE MISTAKE CORRECTED'   THE SAME ANSWER WHICH THE DISTRIBUTAR HAS SENT ME.  THE SAME THING  THE NSE ALSO FORWARDED TO ME.

    WHEN I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE NCD  TO IIFL CO, I HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THE  SYNDICATE MEMBER / BROKER, AND I DO NOT KNOW WHO IS HE OR I DONOT KNOW WHER IS HE,

    WOW I CAN CONTACT A 3rd PERSON? TO GE THE MISTAKE DON BY THE  IIFL /DISTRIBUTAR / A BROKER?

    IS IT NOT THE DUTY OF THE COMPANY  TO SAVE THEIR REPUTATION?

  AS SUCH I REQUEST YOUR GUIDANCE TO PROCEE FURTHER IN THE MATTER,

Generally, companies carry their investments operations via some registrar and it is the responsibility of the registrar to handle all complaints also regarding the same. You need to check out who is the resgistrar in your case and follow them.

Did you send complaint to SEBI as discussed previosuly?
