Firstly, keep your policy bond ready as you'll need some details from there.

Enter your policy number, date of birth and email id. Then, click on submit. Follow the steps easily as they are self-explanatory.

First of all, we’re not associated with ICICI Prudential life insurance in any way. We’re just giving information about their plans here.
Anyway, did you check with your bank about the said cheque enchashment? If yes, contact the customer support department of ICICI Pru.
You can also register your policy online and check its details online and get online receipt also.

You need to call customer care department of ICICI Prudential life insurance to update your new mobile phone number after verifying few details. Then, you can register your policy online to see details. Rest assured, their customer customer department will surely help you to solve your problem.

paid the premium of my ICICI Prudential policy on 18/04/2013, whose due date was 20/03/2013. The method of payment I used was my ICICI bank account, I added ICICI Prudential as one of the billers with the policy number and paid them the required sum, the amount is deducted from my account and its paid to ICICI prudential but I haven’t received any premium receipt or PPC. The ICICI Prudential website shows no signs of payement of policy, even my ICICI net banking account is still showing the pay option and the same due date of 20/03/2013 under the linke ICICI prudential policy tab. Can you tell me how much time will it take to update and give the receipt as well as generate the PPC?
