If the Property is earned by the Grandfather at his own in his life, he can handover anyone. But the property is transferred through his father then daughter have right.

If the will says to my grandson (name) this property, it’s his period. He can will his property to who he wants. You can protest the will? Ask a attorney.

When there is a Will, only the beneficiary of that Will only have right. Since the beneficiary is a minor, the daughters can manage the property as a caretaker. No right to sell.
