Bonus for MIS scheme of 22nd Feb.2006.

The 6 year tenure of my MIS is just completed on 22nd Feb 2012. At the time of opening on 22nd Feb 2006,  incentive was given to me. On closure, I expected a bonus of 10%. Why has it not been given?
