How to claim refund of excess tds on bank fd interest of previous year?

Bank wrongly deducted the tds.  I could not claim the refund in previous assessment year.

If it is a mistake from a bank side, you may write to bank branch manager, nodal officer or even banking ombudsman. Also, check out have you given your PAN card no. to bank. The following link will also help you.
